The North Clay Reading Recovery site was opened in the 1993-94 school year.  Currently, it includes nine school districts, seventeen teachers, one teacher leader, and 190 students being served.  There have been 2298 children served by teachers at the North Clay site during the past ten years.

North Clay is currently training six new teachers in Reading Recovery.  Plans will be under way for a training class for the 2004-05 school year.
